It was one that ebbed success and reflected it. The sports day of Mt. St. Mary’s College Namagunga came into being on the 9th July, 2022. It was graced by invited guests and parents. The guest of Honour, Hon. Esther Afoyochan, Commissioner of Parliament and Woman M.P of Zombo Districtof Zombo represented Rht. Hon. Thomas Tayebwa.
The school also opened to the need for a swimming pool and some fundraising was done.Many activities sparked the day like riley’s, cycling, aerobics, 100 x 4 meter races and at clusk, all the competitiveness yielded victory to Aquila house. It will be a day fondly remembered by those who were there to witness what went down.
